To keep your costs low. GOOD NEWS caps its fees at 15 percent of first-year compensation. (Half at the beginning of the search and the balance when you hire your candidate. Add sales tax, if applicable.)

To perform your next search for the balance of the first search, if you do not accept a candidate presented in the first search.
